If any of you are on TikTok, you will most likely have heard of these vitamins, they were trending for lessing grey hair. I wanted to see what the hype is and so I bought some. Taste is not the greatest; they are liquid but they seem to work well. Feel more refreshed and have more energy; it has only been a few months so we shall see what other results I have over time.
